#1 Most signings scheduled (with confirmations) then canceled with little/no notice
#2 Greatest number of L.O.'s that asked for backdating, one offering me $1000.00 to do so
(I told him that I did not savor the thought of going to jail for a measly thousand dollars) He was offended that I scoffed at his "most generous offer" and said I "must be making too much money as a lousy Notary".
#3 Most 'weird hour' signings. One at THREE in the morning, and the borrower would not budge on the time. Several signings at 6:00 a.m..
#4 Most calls from SOX in one month... lol....
#5 Most calls from SS's I've never worked with before.
