| Long story short. Docs never came through via email. So papers did not get signed on friday. When title company called me back. I advise I will not back date. They advise me I would not have to. The customer would sign fridays date 3-31-06 (today). But I would date and stamp today's date. That does not make since to me since as a notary I am to wittness customers signature. So if they are dating friday 3-31-06 and I am dating 4-3-06. To me that says the customer did not sign in front of me ??? |
