Gender could matter in establishing ID. Suppose LO talked with what they believed to be a male & the person signing before you is clearly female (or vice versa). Suppose name is Kerry or Austin, Madison, the list goes on. How can you ensure that the person signing before you is the "real" borrower. I have a brother-in-law named Morgan who got teased growing up due to Morgan Fairchild. What if his last name was Fairchild...they're NOT the same person.
