| In a previous post re: EIN you asked "John are you certain about the $800 corporate fee for an LLC? I am in Iowa, have three LLC's and I don't pay any annual or other coporate fee. Is is possible that is state specific?" Sorry for the confusion, I got caught up in the moment, the tax moment I mean. This is specific to California.
