I have an affidavit regarding purchaser.
It has their names and then this follows.
Being first duly sworn, on oath says that:
(They are)(he is)(he know)___the person(s) named as ___in the document dated___,20__,and filed for record___,20__,as document no>___(or in book___of___page___)in the office of the__(conty recorder)___(registrar of titles)of ___county,_____(state).
It seems to me that this is for a recorder. But, do I have them sign and then I notarize and someone else like a recorder fills it out? Or, should I just leave it all alone?
I am holding on to it till I can find an answer. |
