Good to know, but I'm worried about the signing.

They called me at 7:30 p.m. for a signing anytime tomorrow. Borrower hasn't returned my call and docs that were supposed to come tonight have not. Ah well, no better way to spend a Saturday than waiting for docs, trying to get a hold of anyone who's actually working, and hunting down borrowers.
