If you are sure that you sent it, tell them to look through the paperwork again and again. Most of the time we are blamed when they misplace them.
That happened to me before. The borrower happened to be a lawyer and I am sure that I did everything. I told them to look for it because I am 100% sure that I did it. I also told them that I will go back for a fee but they would look stupid if I have to go back there because I have to tell the borrower that they lost it. They did not call me back to go back to the borrower, they must have found it.
Second time from another SS. SS said that I did not attach Ack and did not notarize Grant Deed. I did not because it was not there and it was not on my journal. I told them to call the borrower and borrower agreed that there was no grant deed because they received the package ahead of time to review it and knows what a grant deed is.
