| if they are desperate enough...they will call you back. I've had one who complaint my fees were to high (cough/laugh BS!!!) and they would takeme off their database, but until this day, they still call me back all the time! Its out of deseperation at times. But sometimes they are more so clueless on what the going rate is for the area. Just be FIRM with your fee's and if they don't like it, oh well. but they will call back if they can't find anyone else. dee |
