The cartridge is in the recycle box. At least it's worth a ream of letter. I put an older refilled cartridge in it and it seems to be working fine. I purchased a new cartridge as well.

Talk about a "Doh" moment. As soon as I saw what the printer was producing, it dawned on me and sure enough, I grabbed the wrong toner.

I swear, I'd be lost without PAW and Andy. Thanks guys! Smile
