If this signing took place more than 30 days ago then you shoud try calling the lending company to let them know you were not paid. They have a lot of pull with signing companies and I am sure they would not pass work on to one that is unethical.
Also, report them to the Better Business Bureau.
I advise this assuming that all your paperwork was correct and did not delay the closing.
Best of luck collecting.
It is sad when some companies do this. Most companies are so good about paying.
