What if- what if- what if....that is not how I pay my bills. I book and book and book and it all works out each and every time!!!! It is all about how you handle it!

The TC or Lenders are not saying OMG- Mr. Brown's closing is scheduled for 9:00am we better make sure to have those docs to the notary the day before. Give me a break....the system, itself, does not care about the scheduled time for the borrower.
