It amazes me what some of the title companies will accept as proper. When we as signing notaries try to catch mistakes and do the right thing we always tend to get the newest kid on the block to answer our question and anyone with any experience is out to lunch. Thus we work on what we are told even though we don't believe it and have no hard copy of the decision to back us up. I stand with the folks who think we should do it right the first time. It is tempting to just do what you are told and get paid, but that can be very frustrating
