I don't have a problem with the accounting side of this issue. I use QB simple start, as well as having a paper system that I follow. IMO it's not difficult to reconcile the charge to the cc for which signing it applied to. I'm fairly sure ValuAmerica is not going to send you a monthly statement.
To clarify again, ValuAmerica is the PLATFORM Equity National is now using. They have said from the beginning that they don't expect notaries to absorb the cost, and have instructed us to increase our fees to cover the cost!!!!!!! |
