I have a had a couple of changes to orders and failed to get it in writing for one of them. It came back to bite....not hard but still a bite. The second one was supposedly all the "stupid notaries" fault....not after forwarding them the email that was sent to me changing signing time and location.
Do yourself a favor and always.....get it in writing!!!!!!!!!! |
