As to your questions:
1. No - if you dress appropriately and be professional then sexual harassment shouldn't happen - JMO
2. Most likely not as you are commissioned for the state of VA not another state
3. Check with the SOS (Secretary of State) in the states you are interested in becoming commissioned - there may be residency issues or requirements |
