First of all good you didn't yield to the pressure to sign. You deferred to the SS and you were able to determine what they told you to do was incorrect. Good for you.

If you ALWAYS goes by that, producing a checking account, H2O bill, PGE bill, garbage bill could have verified that (I'm positive there would have been no nicknames on them).
You need to at least receive a print/cancellation fee. I would not go back out there and do what you already know is wrong. Do you really want to work for someone who will just tell you anything?
Remember there are five questions that must answered when using CW and just from your post they don't pass the "smell" test on 3 of the five. IMO |
