What if the docs don't have the right language?
Posted by PeterL_CA of CA on 5/13/05 8:03pm Msg #37656
I'm sure we've all encountered the situation - out-of-state lender or brain-dead document service includes preprinted langauge for us to notarize, and it just isn't what our license requires us to use. So, ladies and gentelmen, how do we handle this one?

My personal approach is to cross out the offending language and append a loose certificate with the correct language. Does anyone else have a better idea?
