When he is being disrespectful towards me, I would pack up and leave. In your case at the beginning. If he wouldnt calm down as I explain. The LO/Title can call me to go back out (at additional fee of course) to close the loan. Im not a salesperson, Im not there to sell a loan. Im not there to do the LO job. Im there to close a loan and if the LO dropped the ball, let them fix it.
