I've had 2 closings with her. The second I resigned from after seeing that the Title docs alone had 15 PDFs.
The first closing I wasn't paid for until 62 days after the loan closed. She stated she didn't have my correct address.
Well, she had my correct phone number !! Why didn't she call me ? Then she blamed Title for not paying her.
She appears unorganized and her jobs involve way too many emails and menusha. WATCH YOURSELVES to anyone who accepts an assignment with her.
