YES...someone I never met (or even spoke to on the phone) gave me a one star rating.... without a comment on Google. She didnt post anonymously either. All I could do is post a rebuttal saying that I never met or notarized for this person and the rating is bogus. Yes, there are snakes that walk upright on two legs.
