| In my former profession as a R.E. Broker, many times saw properties listed 'too high' sell MUCH LATER for less than they should have had they been priced properly. (And, yeah, I didn't list them, but, quite often DID list them at the lower/reasonable price after all the other 'promising more' brokers had their chance and the Seller realized I'd been honest from the get-go.) |
