Hello!
I'm a new signing agent. I've already done a couple of loan packages. I get nervous about the all purpose acknowledgement that is included in most loan packages. I know that notaries are not supposed to notarized blank acknowledgements as they can be used for fraudulent acts.
Can any one on this blog tell me what is the best way to handle this? Someone with more experience than me. Thanks |
