Do they typically NOT have copies of docs ready to hand the notary? They NEVER have copies.
Are you taking a laptop and flatbed scanner to people's houses to do it for them? I use a scanner app on my Ipad called Scannable. It makes pretty good PDF files that I can email or upload to the SS.
I think loan apps are generally more difficult than loan closings and price them accordingly.
