I had one yesterday - the person owed 6 years of back taxes.

I guess the dream of homeownership for some needs serious rethinking. After receiving $3K, LESA ate up the rest of the remaining funds. It's just sort of interesting that it took this long for something like this to happen. RM's are losing more and more of their attractiveness, it would appear.
