And as I stated, I didn't know any specifics about the package (state, type, lender, title, proposed fee, time of appointment, specific address) but got the impression from the tone of the caller (and how quickly she ended the call) that this was an urgent closing.
I would have been more than willing to accommodate or try to accommodate any way possible if given the chance. BTW,
Tennessee notary law does not specifically define or limit the ability of a notary as it relates being a witness. |
