Pretty much nailed it on all points! The only thing you mentioned that I could find anything to quibble about is the last one - and that's only because it isn't exactly accurate for CA, either. It's based their opinions (i.e. the SPW) of what is proper or not...
In all fairness, I believe most of that Code of Conduct (or whatever they're calling it) is a good guideline, but some of it simply doesn't make sense - especially across all state lines, given the widely varying laws from one state to the next. |
