[General comments, not directed at OP.]
Most of you know this (I hope!), but for anyone new to this field, this thread seems like to a good opportunity to once again mention that unless you're just bored and are looking for something to do, your goal should be to make a profit, not just be busy. And they're not necessarily the same thing. Wish I had time to look up message numbers from some of the great posts done on this subject in the past.
Point being, that we should know our numbers, i.e. what our costs are and roughly how much MARGIN or profit we're getting at different fee points, distances, etc. Actually doing the math, and figuring out how much you're making per hour (after deducting all fixed and a portion of variable expenses - including taxes, insurance, etc.) can be truly eye opening.
