| I have been a realtor/broker for 19 yrs. You can spend hours and years showing houses to people and never make a dime. You might make more at one time but people are not loyal these days, they don't tell the truth often enough and there is so much competition, i would much rather notarize any day of the week. I say refinance people are happy people. they are glad to see me show up at their door. real estate people are stressful, moody, evasive, etc. just giving you the other perspective on this business. |
