Fortunately, I don't have any experience with unintentional alcohol fires. But I certainly would be careful to keep hand sanitizer away from sources of ignition, such as flames or sparks.
I did use an alcohol burner a fair amount in a freshman high school science class, but I don't recall any alcohol flames since then. And they are hard to see. |
