I am finding, for the most part, very nice accommodating signers. And very grateful.
I've also had a number of buyers moving up from LA to live in less densely populated Monterey Bay. Covid-19 has made many rethink where they live and the opportunity to move out of the city because they can work from home, which can now be "anywhere". At the same time I've had a number of sellers (grandparents) moving to where their kids are.
