Sounds like a Chinese fire drill....getting everybody onto their wheels, turning, spinning, and only one notary gets the work? A lot of profit between $125 and $40, don't ya think?
What happened to the personal touch of notarial services?
I just left a sellers signing, $175, 16pp. Three notarizations. The couple were happy to see me, I've signed them before. I'll see them again soon, as borrower has terminal cancer, they are liquidating their investment properties and making final plans. I was contacted by the seller's broker in NC to handle this closing. This is the kind of work I prefer.
I'd tell this company to bug off. |
