Would I drop what I'm doing, print and get to borrower before 6pm with a fresh DOT and have borrowers sign, me notarize and get back into UPS ASAP? (I was on my way home from a 4pm signing/immediate UPS drop).
YEP, can do, and did, although no UPS after 5pm here so it went out this morning.
I guess there went another wayward DOT to record and we had to redo it.
This caused me to turn into the nearest wine bar and imbibe a lovely pinot noir at a local restaurant under the shade of a red umbrella, where I counted my blessings, making just about the same amount of money on the fix as I did on the original signing!
