I'm glad that works for you!

Question: What happens when that revenue source dries up? Everything is great at the moment. Interest rates are still low so business is brisk. If real estate/market tanks (hopefully it doesn't but it is cyclical) and that largest client no longer has the volume, what then? Hopefully, most of your eggs are not in one basket ......
