I like to work smarter not harder. Your logic makes -0- sense as the big box players can and will pay what you are worth.
Volume closings only when you sit your butt at title and they hand you packages to close with no overhead, and your signers come to you. Your only travel is to and from there and going to the restroom.
If you think their number of closings accounts for less money, then you are a huge part of the reason fees keep lowering. jmo
