"lol its hilarious." - well, actually, no it's not, but thankfully you've realized that you need more study and/or training - hopefully you haven't cost the borrowers their rate. And shame on the company for not giving you their weekend/after hours contact info - most times they do and it should be in your confirmation.
Now that *that's* out of the way - curious - when you realized you made an error in signing, why did you not pull the borrower's copy and just have it re-signed and notarize it properly? I'm "assuming" you caught your errors and missed signatures before you left the table? (please say yes, please say yes)
I would suggest you look up Carol Ray of Notary2Pro - look into her training; not only is the training good, but she provides mentorship for her graduates and also a list of companies who hire her graduates to get them the training they need.
