| Yes, had one last month (Msg #625902). I couldn't help caller with something (GNW?) all the way back in May. Surprisingly, months later he contacts me for his Purchase (NC) which kept getting postponed due to lack of appraisers and whatever other industry backups happening. The attorney, which didn't hire agents direct sent them the package Electronically - as it wasn't ready on the scheduled day of closing. All I had to do was show up - and get paid. Nice! |
