And the Why of the heavy-handed (and at times harsh) nature of west side NP protocol, I bet!

Perhaps this signing instance would have made a good case for the pdf "edit" (See Msg #627508).*
Would have worked nicely for all concerned if Title had admin service . . . just initial beside where it's lined through.
