If the signer(s) don't want to or refuse to wear a mask and give me the that, this is my house bla bla speech, fine. As I gather up my things, I'd let them know another NSA who feels the same will contact them and good luck with that.
IF they agree over the phone, and I show up and no mask, no problem. I give them one from my notary bag - a brand new mask in its own plastic bag, so no excuses. I also give them individually wrapped pens. (Amazon)
