| TBH, I'm not interested in offering any help to the companies making low-ball offers. Even if they're willing to meet my fee, I just don't want to do anything to help those folks stay in business. My dream is that if enough of us refused to work for those folks for any amount, there would be enough times when they wouldn't be able to fill some assignments to the point where title/settlement companies would have to give their business to someone else. Probably more like a fantasy, but one can hope... |
