I've been doing fewer than I used to, but that's partly because my best client dropped dead of a heart attack a couple of years ago.  I did see an increase in trust-related miscellaneous docs around after Covid had become a serious issue, as lots of people suddenly saw a need to get their affairs in order.
I agree with you, though. That's my favorite kind of work! I've run into the occasional attorney try to squeeze me on fees, but that's the exception, not the rule. |
