I sure hope so! I have been reading the opposite but I really hope this article is right. It does give us a glimmer of hope. I have been reading purchase applications are down substantially and it is part of the reasoning why experts believe the R.E. market will be softening and according to the data in many areas homes are already sitting on the market longer and some sellers are even dropping their prices a bit. So for the buyers out there that have been getting priced out with the heavy competition I am happy however on our end it may take a bit for inventory to build up enough to get us enough work. I am reading by the end of summer they hope inventory picks up. Prayers for all! <3
