Thank you Yoli and Cheryl.

6/4/22 my current Notary commission expires.
5/5/22 is 30 days before it expires.

5/6/22 the SOS signed letter for my new Notary commission.
5/12/22 My new Notary commission packet mailed from SOS.
5/14/22 I received my new Notary commission packet.

The problem wasn't USPS. The delay was 6 days at the SOS. 5/6-5/12.
