You ask where they got training?
If you read various forums, you see all kinds of very simple questions & a multitude of different answers when there
should only be 1 answer.
Several notaries get sworn in & think they do not need any training & know it all.
All they are doing is making bad decisions for all of us.
(my thoughts)
