Welcome to NR. I wish you the best going forward, however, the prospects are not very good for people just entering the profession. Rising rates are keeping a lot of new homeowners from qualifying. Business is slow for all of us who have done this work for decades. Banks and mortgage companies are laying off.

I strongly suggest you read the forum for the last 6 months to understand the decline in our industry.
