Thanks for doing the work to track down what happened to him, Cheryl. As sad as it is to have confirmation of what many of us had suspected, it's good to finally know the truth.  His absence has clearly been strongly felt here, but we've all been blessed to have had benefit of his wisdom for years (and to still have access to his previous posts in the archives).
