Good catch. I agree with Expeditor, and yes, I've seen it lots of times. If that's the only issue, what I've done is just draw in lines (in black) around the verbiage so it's literally 'in a box'. A driver license usually works very well as a straight-edge for that.

Good luck with your exam. I'm doing mine next month (for 7th time), so will be re-reading the Handbook again soon myself.
