The Premier listings have only ever shown the 'closest' 25 within a city or zip and the Basic section only 10. It also seems like the 'closest' can be a bit arbitrary. I hadn't looked at this list in a very long time, so it was interesting to see how few Premier members are left on this site. I suspect it's a combination of people dropping out of the business like flies as well as many others deciding that Premier membership just isn't worth the price anymore... That decision gets more difficult each year.
The refi market is practically dead, due to interest rates higher than what most people already have. Also, RON has probably scooped up some significant amount of business, but most of us have no way of measuring how much of an impact that's had. |
