| I'm not a notary but found this group when I googled XPLS. I followed someone advise of letting XPLS know that they will be reported to the CA State Bar for misconduct (not paying their bill for probate publication). I did that and they sent a check after 4 months of trying to collect from them. I thought that was the end of my problem with them. The check bounce, insufficient funds. Is it time to go for the jugular and report them to the State Bar for good? |
