I like working with both Service Link and National Link -- but only when they meet my fee. Haven't heard from National Link in a long time. However, if memory serves, they used to only work with one lender (don't recall which).

Several years ago, Service Link asked me to generate a spreadsheet of my fees for each zip/county/town in a specific large area. I did. When they call me for an assignment, they're usually prepared to pay my fee. Sometimes, scheduler will ask what my fee is for the signing s/he's calling about (don't know if it's a test or if they're not privy to my profile) and will either accept or has to get it approved (and usually calls back with approval).

I'm set up for direct deposit with Service Link and they pay twice a month. IMO, yeah, they're worth bothering with. Smile
