And I will say again, I am always careful, but occasionally I am even more careful. Out of 14,000 signings, three of the loans were later contested. I have never had any problems with the quality of work that I do. I don't bend rules for the loan reps. If a loan rep is the kind of person that isn't completely ethical, they soon stop working with me.
